Tenders are invited for Supply and services requirements.
Tender Description:

The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) intends to apply part of its 2016 budgetary allocation to procure explosives and detonators and related services for the upcoming 2D Land Seismic Survey in the Voltaian Basin of Ghana.
Supply:

� Approximately 72 tonnes of seismic explosives with detonation velocity 6, 000 m/s (charge sizes 1kg or 2kg, with screw coupling).

� Approximately 18, 000 Top anchor-spread caps for seismic cartridges.

� Approximately 18, 000 Electric seismic instantaneous detonators with 18 m leg wire length.

� Approximately 18, 000 Electronic seismic instantaneous detonators with 18 m leg wire length.
Services:

� Importation of seismic explosives & detonators into Ghana.

� Transportation of seismic explosives & detonators from Ghana port to central magazine, preferably in the Voltaian Basin area (see map below).

� Storage of seismic explosives & detonators in central magazine until seismic contractor transports the goods into his own field magazine.

� The duration of the seismic survey will take some 12 to 14 months and is currently anticipated to commence 1st September, 2016.

� Various shot-hole depths and charge sizes will be tested by the seismic contractor in September 2016.

� The achieved results will enable GNPC to calculate the final amount of required seismic explosives & detonators.

� The goods have to be imported to Ghana as part delivery in 2 or 3 batches during the course of the seismic project.
