Bids must be Labeled as Follows: Supply and Installation of it Masts and Devices for Monitoring and Management 0f 130 Boats, including Training of Fishermen on How to Use the Devices and must be Delivered to the above Office on or before 11:00, Local Time, by January 24, 2022 and must be Accompanied by a Bid Security in the Amount of Usd 33, 000 or its Equivalent in Angolan Kwanzas (Aoa), at the Angola-S Central Bank (Bank of Angola) Official Exchange on 28 December 2021.
