Tenders are invited for Supply and Installation of a Cytometer at the Circb.
The service covered by this contract is limited to the characteristics below, the details of which are contained in the Special Technical Clauses Book ( CCTP ).

The file can be collected from the Administrative Affairs Department of the CIRCB located in MELEN next to the Yaoundé University Hospital. Tel./Fax: 222.31.54.50/ 222 31 54 56., upon presentation of a receipt for payment to the CAS-ARMP Account of a sum of 100, 000 (one hundred thousand) CFA francs representing the cost of purchasing the file.
Said receipt must contain the following mandatory information:
ü amount of fees paid;
ü account number (335 988-valid at all BICEC branches);
ü name of the client : “CAS-ARMP special account”;
ü name of the tenderer;
ü references of the Call for Tenders file.
Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, a bid bond issued by a first class bank or an insurance company approved by the MINFI and whose name appears on the list attached to document n°11.
The amount of the bid bond is 2, 400, 000 (two million four hundred thousand) CFA francs.
