Quotation are invited for Supply and Installation of a Chicken Slaughter Chain ??and an Electrogen Group to the Cooperative Society of Aviculators Meeting Cameroon.
Consistency of the services
As part of the implementation and management of the Project, it is planned to proceed with the acquisition and installation of a chicken slaughterhouse and a generator at the Coopérative des Aviculteurs Réunis du Cameroun . The services are to be provided to the Production Unit of COOP AVIRCAM within a period of eighty (90) days after signature and notification of award of the contract to the successful tenderer.
Delivery of bids
Offers will remain valid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days, from the deadline fixed for their delivery. They must be filed in six (06) copies (one original and 5 copies) and marked as such. They will be encrypted Excluding VAT and All Taxes included (TTC) and accompanied by the model signed Letter of Contract, which will constitute the contract binding it to the COOP AVIRCAM, at the address below no later than 28/08/2019 at 12 noon (local time), and containing the words:
