Tenders are invited for Supply and Distribution of Macadamia, Avocado and Mango Seedlings
The bidding document, in English, may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rwandan Francs ten thousand (RWF 10, 000) only or its equivalent in United States Dollars (USD). The banking details at the National Bank of Rwanda are: (i) Account Name: RECO/EARP COUNTERPARTS FUNDS; (ii) Currency: RWF; (iii) Account Number account number 1000023217; (iv) Swift Code: BNRWRWRW. The bidding document will be sent via e-mail.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 06/10/2023 at 10.00 a.m. (Kigali and Central African Time). Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders- designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below on 06/10/2023 at 10.30 a.m. (Kigali and Central African Time).
