The bidding document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$100.00. The method of payment will be by Bankers Check in favor of Liberia Electricity Corporation (LEC) or paid in cash to the Finance Office, 1st Floor, LEC Central Office. Alternatively, a direct payment into Liberia Electricity Corporation LEC USAID T AND D ACCOUNT Cash EPP No: 6100402832 (Swift Code No. ECOCLRLM) held with ECOBANK LIBERIA LTD and submitting the payment advice as evidence to collect the Bid Documents. An additional amount will be charged for deliveries by courier. The bid documents will be sent to the applicant electronically to the e-mail address given by the applicant for this purpose.
All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of Lot 1- EPA Environmental Scientific
