Supply and Delivery of Pump and Engine Set for Open Source under Corn Program 2026



1. The Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 5, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for CY 2026-INS CORN intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱1, 300, 000.00) being the ABC to payment under the contract for ITB No. 06-GOODS-PB-CORN 2026



Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Partial bid is not allowed.



2. The DA RFO 5 now invites bids for the Supply and Delivery of Pump and Engine Set for Open Source under Corn Program 2026.



Bidders should have completed, within Two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
