Description : 1. The Local Government Unit Of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur, through General Fund Of MDRRMO intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Ninety-Two Thousand, Forty pesos only (PhP 392, 040.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Supply of Fuel (Diesoline and Gasoline) for Emergency Response. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government Unit of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Supply of Fuel is required after the receipt of purchase order. Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
3. A Request for Quotation may be acquired by interested Bidders on April 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to April 14, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
4. Bids ( Quotation) must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through the presence of the bidder or its representative at the office address indicated below, on or before April 14, 2026 @ 1:00 PM. Late bids shall not be accepted.
