Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of 600 N0. 4x4 Pick Up Trucks and 350 No. Buses .
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES Provision of Vehicles listed above. The services shall include Funding, Supply and Maintenance of the Vehicles. 3. ELIGIBILITY The Ministry of Education now invites eligible Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested Firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (Brochures, Description of Similar Assignments, Experience in Similar Conditions, Financial Capacity, and Availability of Workshops in Ghana etc.). Firms may Associate to enhance their Qualifications. Suppliers should be Authorised Distributors for Sales & After Sales Services in Ghana for the brand they represent & should have Authorisation Certificate from the Manufacturers which is to be attached to their Proposals. The interested firms should also have the following: Valid Certificate of Incorporation, Valid Certificate to Commence Business, Valid Tax Clearance Certificate obtained for the purposes of this EOI, Valid SSNIT clearance certificate, Valid PPA Supplier Registration Certificate. A Firm will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Public Procurement Act, 2003, (Act 663) and Amendment Act, 2016, (Act 914) and the Guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) of the Republic of Ghana.
