Your Offer should Clearly Indicate the Following:

4. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms

(a) No advance payments will be made for orders below ZWL$5, 000, 000.00 Payment for delivered goods will

be made 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without

fail).

5. Bidders must state delivery period from receipt of official purchase order expressed in days.

6. Bidders must attach proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the relevant

category for year 2022.
