Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Office Equipment and MIS Equipment.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the
submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee
of Four Hundred Maloti (LSL 400.00). The method of payment is a direct deposit in our bank account
and details of bank account can be requested from the email address below.
7. Bids must be delivered to: Ministry of Natural Resources - Department of Water, Bokamoso Suites,
Corner Maseru Avani 2nd Floor and deposited in the Tender Box situated at the Ministerial boardroom
on or before the 24th May 2023 at 10: 30hrs. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at
11:00hrs in the presence of Bidders designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend
at the address above. Electronic bidding will not be permitted and late bids will be rejected.
8. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of :
Lot 1- Twenty Thousand Maloti (LS 20, 000.00).
Lot 2 - Ten Thousand Maloti ( LSL10, 000.00)
Lot 3 - Five Thousand Maloti (LSL5, 000.00)
