Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of NFIs and Assorted WASH Items

Details of terms of reference and related information are in the tender document.
1. The offered prices shall be quoted in USD only.
2. Selection and award criteria are included in the tender document.
3. All offers, in English language only, must be delivered to the office mentioned below by 14:00pm
South Sudanese local time on 15/4/2024. Late bids will be rejected. Applicants with questions
regarding this tender should send then in writing (email) up to 4:00 pm on the 4/4/2024.
4. Tenders will be opened at the address mentioned below on the closing date s. Tenderers or their
authorized representative can be present at the opening of tenders.
5. Tender documents will be available from 9:00 am to 4:00pm South Sudanese Local time from 22
nd
March 2024 to the 10th April 2024. Interested tenderers who may not be able to down load the tender
document from the NGO website may obtain the Tender Dossier in English at no cost from the
Contracting Authority mentioned below.


Please note that the Quotations may be sent to the Contracting Authority at the above address by post, delivered to the Contracting Authority in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the above File Number and the name of the submitting company.

Suppliers are requested to complete the following form
The following technical specifications are provided in the format of a checklist. They are compulsory as
minimum standard and will be the only basis for the Contracting Authority to assess the technical compliance
of the equipment presented in the quotations. Deviations from the specifications may be considered only if
deemed to be in the best interest of the Contracting Authority.
Manufacturers- names, catalogue numbers and model designations appearing in the list are for reference
only. Quotations for other equipment that is equal in function, quality and performance to that listed will be
given full consideration.
