Restrictions : The Procuring Entity is the Directorate of Public Service Management. This tender uses the Open Domestic Bidding procurement method. 100% citizen owned companies must, in order to be considered for award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in the following category: Code: 203 - Electronic and ICT Supplies, Sub-Code: 01 - Electronic Equipment, Spares and Accessories (includes ICT, Photographic Equipment and Others). Preference will be given to citizen owned companies, Furthermore and specifically for the purpose of promotion and fulfilment of Local Procurement, companies for and of the following groups (women 15%, people with disability 15%. rural setting companies 15%r and the youth 15% will be accorded the necessary preference as reflected in the Presidential Directive CAB 19(B) 2013. To claim, bidders shall submit a copy of a valid Certificate of Registration under the programme certified by the Issuing Authority.
