Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Thirty Three (33) Laptops.

1. The Government of Madagascar has received Funding from the World Bank for the implementation of the Food Systems Resilience Program for Eastern and Southern Africa Project, and intends to use a portion of said Funding to make payments under the Related Market for the supply and delivery of thirty-three (33) laptop computers.

2. The Development Intervention Fund (FID) solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to carry out the contract.

3. The procedure will be conducted through competitive bidding using a Quotation Request as defined in the “Procurement Regulations within the framework of Financing Investment Projects of the World Bank - July 2016 and its updates”, and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Procurement Rules.

4. Interested and eligible Bidders can obtain additional information and read the consultation file at the address mentioned below (9) from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

5. The electronic version of the Consultation File in French can be requested and/or collected from the address (9) by any interested Bidder by making a written request specifying the reference and subject of this notice and the contact details of the Applicant (Name, Telephone, email, physical address).

6. Offers must be submitted to the address below (9) no later than MARCH 5, 2024 at TEN HOURS (10:00 a.m.), local time . Submission of bids electronically will not be permitted. The Late bids will not be accepted.

7. Tenders will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' Representatives on the same day as the deadline set for the submission of tenders at 10 a.m. (10:00 a.m.).

8. The offer must include a bid guarantee in the form of a certified bank check or letter of bank guarantee made out in the name of “FID FSR DG”, and valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days after the fixed bid opening date, in the amount of: THREE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ARIARY (MGA 3, 500, 000.00) .
