Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Human Powered Bicycles
HUMAN POWERED BICYCLES
1. Frame. Fork and Carrier
- Reinforced frame with heavier gauge steel
• Strong TIG welded frame and connections
• Rear earner with a capacity to carry at least 100 kg
• Universal (unisex) frame to serve women and men alike
• Stand with a large footprint to off axle mounting
2 Wheels and brakes
- Reinforced steel rims, spokes, and nipples
- Ergonomically shaped pedals with a nylon body and heat-treated axle
• Coaster foot brakes internal hub.
3. Environmental protection and comfort
• Painting needs to be water and UV resistant (four layers)
• Black Hud flap mudded (both rear and front)

• Carrier construction - Tubular steel, off-axle mounting
• Ladies and children - Universal frame fits and appeals to all riders
• Drivetrain - Bottom bracket bearing Caged balls
• Carrier strength • Over 100kg
• Fork • Oversized, 15 gauge, TIG welded in precision jigs
2. Wheels and Brakes
• Brake type Coaster brake internal hub Sprocket 2.8mm thick Cham Lighter, high quality materials
• Tire compound High durometer compound, precision molding
• Complete wheel - Stronger rims, spokes, and nipples
• Pedal bearings - Forged, heat-treated axle, precision bearing surfaces
• Headset bearing - Angular contact bearing design, large caged balls
• Grips * Rubber compound plastic, ergonomically shaped
3. Environmental Protection and Confort
• Paint - 4 layers coating, water sticker, LTV resistant ink
• Mudflap Included
• Reflector - High-intensity reflectors secured with quality hardware
• Tested to exceed the rigors of African usage Compatibility,
• TIG welded in precision jigs
