Tenders are invited for funds (2022/3023) towards the cost of Procurement of Hardware materials for QMMH.

The Principal Secretary for Ministry of Health now invites soalod bids from eligible bidders for the Supply and Delivery of Hardware materials to QMMH.

Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before September 22, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Late bids will be rejected. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 1% (one percent) of the bid amount In the form of Bank Cheque of Bank Guaranteed Cheque valid for thirty (30) days beyond the validity of the bid
A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders at the above address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of (M3000.00] three thousand Maloti only. The method of payment will be cash payable at:
Accounts Revenue Collection,
Room 103 Health Headquarters,
First Floor Corner Constitution & Linare Roads,
Maseru 100, Lesotho.
It is mandatory for bidders to submit the following valid documents: (a) Ta Clearance Certificates; b) Trader's License, (c) Certificate of Bona Fide Bidding and (d) Bid security. Non- compliance with this requirement may invalidate a bid.
Qualifications requirements for award include amongst others: (a) business experience of not loss than three years in similar jobs, (b) successful completion of similar contracts of not less than M200, 000.00 in the past three years. Bidder will be awarded a tender only if he/she is the lowest within 15% below the budget line. Additional details are provided in the Bidding Documents.
Mandatory pre-bid meeting will be at Queen 'Mamohato Memorial Hospital on the 2nd September 2022 at 09:00am
. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14;15hrson Thursday September 22.2022 at the address given below;
