Tenders are invited for Supply and delivery of fencing materials for a 79Ha community farm.
Closing Date: 09 February 2018 at 09:00 (Local Time)
Restriction: ll tenderers shall submit one (I) original and three (3) copies in one (1) sealed envelope which shall be retained by Boteti Sub-District Council. The original and the copies of the same must be clearly indicated (marked) on the top cover of the submitted document. Tender proposals shall be delivered at Letlhakane Rural Administration Centre, Office No. E15 in plain sealed envelopes and addressed to: Senior Assistant Council Secretary, Boteti Sub-District Council, Private Bag 005, Letlhakane, and clearly marked: "Tender No. CDC/BOT/S&CD/04/2017/18 - Supply and Delivery of Fencing Materials for a 79Ha Community Farm at xhumo in Boteti Sub-District". The Procuring Entity is Social Welfare and Community Development. Local Procurement Scheme shall apply as per Presidential Directive No. 34 (B) of 2014. The closing time for receipt of tender offers is 09:00 hours on 9 February 2018. Late tender offers will not be accepted. Opening of tender offers shall be done immediately after the closing. Telegraphic, faxed, telexed and telephonic tender offers will not be accepted.
