Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery 2 Excavators, 4 Trailers, 1 Roller, 1 Truck -Tractor, 3 Balers, 4 Diesel Tanks, 3 Mowers and 1 Wood Miser.
A complete set of bidding documents may be obtained upon payment of non refundable fee of M200.00 at the above mentioned address. 4. All suppliers to the government of Lesotho are expected to be in compliance with tax obligations. They should therefore attach copies of valid tax clearance certificates, copies of trader’s license and should be certified at source. 5. All bidders must submit their bids with a bid security of 2% of bid price in the form of BANK GUARANTEE CHEQUE. Also attach a copy of payment receipt of tender document. 6. Bids clearly marked ‘’tender for supply and delivery of Excavators, Trailers, Roller, Truck- Tractor, Balers, Tanks, Mower and Wood- Miser’’ should be deposited in the tender box not later than 12:00hrs, FRIDAY 5thJanuary 2018 at the above address. 7. The closing date for the submission of the bids is JANUARY 5th, 2018 and the bids will be opened the same day in the Boardroom of the Ministry located at the address indicated above at 14:15hrs in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The Ministry of Forestry, Range and Soil Conservation reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders. The Ministry is not bound to accept a tender with the lowest price.
