6. All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an acceptable format provided in the Bidding Document
as follows in Tanzania shillings or freely convertible currencies in case of foreign Tenderers.
7. All Bids in one original plus two (2) copies properly filled in, and enclosed in plain envelopes must be
delivered to the address Secretary of Tender Board, Ministry of Education and Vocational training P.O. Box
394, Airport Road, 71402 Urban West, Mazizini - Zanzibar, at or before 2:00pm EAT on 28th February
2024. Bids must be delivered at the Office of the Ministry of Education and Vocational training Tender
Board located at Room 26 first floor. Bids will be opened promptly thereafter in public and in the presence
of Bidders- representatives who choose to attend in the opening at the Conference Room of the Ministry of
Education and Vocational training.
8. Late Bids, Portion of Bids, Electronic Bids, Bids not received, Bids not opened and not read out in public at
the bid opening ceremony shall not be accepted for evaluation irrespective of the circumstances.
