The Zululand District Municipality hereby invites tenders for:
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF COTTAGE TENTS FOR DISASTER MANAGEMENT FOR A PERIOD
OF THREE YEARS TO THE ZULULAND DISTRICT MUNICIPALITY
CONTRACT NO: ZDM 071/2018
Tenderers are hereby invited for the Supply and Delivery of Cottage Tents for Disaster Management for a period of three years Zululand District Municipality.
The works of the Service Provider among expectation will include supply, deliver of all disaster management cottage tents as in when required by the Zululand District Municipality.
Tender document will be available on the 19 July 2018 from 08h30 to 15h30 ONLY, and must be collected from SCM Section, Office No: G16 at the Zululand District Municipality Offices in Ulundi during office hours, upon representing a cash receipt for the payment of the tender, where payment deposit can be done at Cashiers Office situated at the main office entrance
Finance Department, ground floor of Zululand District Municipality.

No tender clarification meeting will be held
A R500.00 non-refundable deposit (Cash only) is required for each tender document drawn.

Duly completed tender documents SEALED IN AN ENVELOPE MARKED WITH THE TENDER NUMBER AND THE CLOSING DATE are to be deposited into the tender box at Zululand District Municipality, Lot B-400 Gagane Street, Ulundi, 3838 by no later than 12h00 on the closing date where they will be opened in public. Telegraphic, telefaxed or posted tenders
WILL NOT be accepted.
Tenders may only be submitted on the tender documentation that is issued. Requirements for sealing, addressing, delivering, opening and assessment of tenders are stated in the tender data.
The stipulated minimum threshold for local production and content for this bid is 80%.
The Bid Committee of Zululand District Municipality does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.
