Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Construction Materials

Deposit Details: M2, 000.00/- Refundable Fee

Closing Date: 27 September 2018 at 12:00 (Local Time)

Site Inspection: A compulsory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Roads Directorate Headquarters, ground floor boardroom on Wednesday, 29 August 2018 at
10:30 (10.30 a.m).

Restriction: Tenders must be accompanied by copies of valid 1) tax clearance certificate and 2) traders licence. All copies should be certified at source. The tender shall be accompanied by the bid security of Five Thousand Maloti only
(M5000.00). Late tenders will be rejected. A prospective tenderer requiring any
clarification of the tendering documents may contact the Roads Directorate Procurement Section at 22323029/22323024. The Employer will respond
to any request for clarification received earlier than five (5) days prior to the deadline for submission of tenders. Tenders in electronic format will not be
accepted.
