Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) Somaliland wishes to invite qualified firms to submit
bids, in hard copies using one sealed envelopes (Administrative and Technical) by hand
to. NRC Hargeisa office located behind Ambassador Hotel, Airport Road, Hargeisa by
not later than 21st January-2024 at 4:00pm.
Prequalification application in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the company name
and the categories (category no#) should be submitted to NRC Hargeisa office

If the bidder is applying more than one category, each category must be in a separate
application (do not compile more than one category in one envelop)
