Tenders are invited for Supply of 70kva Soundproof Perkins Generator
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copies of the financial bid only in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: The Procurement Officer; Africa Centre of Excellence in Public Health & Toxicological Research, University of Port Harcourt, along East-West Road, Choba. Envelope should be clearly marked with the name of the project, lot number/reference and evidence of payment of a non-refundable fee of N10, 000.00 per lot, ACE-PUTOR APPLICATION FEE through REMITA. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. Envelope should be dropped in the designated tender box in the office of the secretary, ACE-PUTOR building along the East-West road, UNIPORT not later than 12:00 noon on Friday 16th February 2024. Bidders/representatives should sign the bid submission register in the office of the secretary as ACE-PUTOR will not be held liable for misplaced or wrongly submitted bids.
