2.0 UNIT DIMENSIONS

The approximate physical dimensions of this trailer mounted unit will not exceed the following:

3.0 CARRIER

This will be a tandem, two axle, fixed gooseneck, low-bed trailer with fifth wheel towing

attachment that will have the following features:

- High Tensile steel, “I” Beam main rails and cross members construction

- Air ride type tandem/ tridem axle suspension, each axle rated 25, 000 lbs (11, 340

Kg)

- Air ride suspension dump valve located at rear bumper

- Spring loaded air brakes with ABS system

- Brake chambers and parking brakes mounted above the axles

- 255/70R 22.5 Off Road radial tires on Hub Style steel wheels

- Fenders front and rear with mud flaps all round

- Two speed manually (crank) operated landing gear at the front of the trailer

- A 3 1/2” (88.9 mm), king pin that will be 59” (1.5 m) above the ground

- Lights and reflectors that will as a minimum be mounted on the trailer:

- 24 VDC electrical system

- Air/electric QD tractor/trailer connections

- Checker plate/fiber-grate decking where applicable

- Rear bumper with centrally mounted towing loop

- Front centrally mounted towing loop
4.0 FUEL SYSTEM

Installed on the unit will be a 120 gallons (450 liters) total capacity fuel system/fuel circuit.

The unit fuel circuit will include a fuel water separator with drain, fuel suction and return lines

will be of adequate size to minimize restriction. This fuel system shall provide diesel fuel to

the Unit Mounted Diesel Engine.
