Tenders are invited for Supplies and Construction Works of Mv and Lv Networks and Mv/Lv Substations for the Electrification of 43 Chief Towns of Cantons and Rural Localities in Togo
The Compagnie Energie Electrique du Togo (CEET) invites closed bids from eligible bidders to carry out the Works of:
- Lot 1:
• Construction of 220 km of medium voltage network (MV) overhead 33 kV in 54.6 mm² and 117 mm² bare Almelec conductor
• Construction of 29 MV/LV distribution stations of 50, 100 and 160 kVA
• Construction of 92 km of overhead low voltage (LV) network using pre-assembled twisted cable bundles of 3x50mm2+1x54.6 mm2+1x16 mm² (3 x 35 mm²) and 3x70mm2+1x54.6 mm2+1x16 mm2
• Installation of 625 LED luminaires with a power of 100 W for public lighting
• Supply of 2, 500 prepaid connection kits (with meters)
• Installation of at least 750 prepaid connection kits from the first year of construction.
- Lot 2:
Ÿ Construction of 220 km of overhead 33 kV medium voltage (MV) network with bare almelec conductor of 54.6 mm² and 117 mm²
Ÿ Construction of 29 MV/LV transformer stations of 50, 100 and 160 kVA

Interested bidders may purchase a complete set of the Call for Tenders Dossier in French by making a written request to the address indicated below accompanied by the non-refundable payment of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA Francs or two hundred (200) Euros. The amount to be paid will be paid into account number TG 133 01 001 0 222 507 00 113 33, SWIFT BSAHTGTG: entitled CEET DAO and opened in the books of the Sahelo-Saharan Bank for Investment and Trade (BSIC) Togo HER. Payment can also be made by cash to the CEET Procurement and Purchasing Department (DPMA).
