On behalf of the FHH, the Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) will build a system at the HafenCity cruise terminal (Cruise Center 1, CC1 for short) to supply cruise ships with electrical power. This serves to reduce pollutant emissions from cruise ships during their berth.The HPA is responsible for the planning and construction of this shore power system. The system should be ready for operation by the 2025 cruise season at the latest.
For the construction of the shore power system for the HafenCity cruise terminal, a construction management team is in place to monitor and control the outputleadership needed.
