Expression of Interest are invited for Selection of an Office for the Supervision and Control of the Development and Asphalting Works of the Doutchi - Kurdula Nigeria Border Road, in Niger.

Its purpose is to establish a shortlist of offices for the Restricted Consultation for the supervision and control of the development and asphalting works of the Doutchi - Kurdula Nigeria border road.

II. the Minister of Equipment invites eligible candidates to express their interest in providing the services. V. The selection will be made in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants in the context of projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) (April 2019 edition).

The consultant will be selected by the quality and cost based method in accordance with the procedures which will be described in the Request for Proposal.

The period granted to the control and supervision of the works is twenty-six (26) months.
