II.2.4) Description of procurement

KfW uses the trading system Summit / Misys / Finastra to provide KfW with the necessary funds in its extensive lending business, to process and manage them.

The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a framework agreement with four economic operators on the provision of advisory and development services in the area of ??transaction management / trading system "Summit".

In this context, the advising and further development of KfW's trading, in particular with regard to its functionalities, specialized architecture as well as internal and external interfaces, is of importance. Its tasks include monitoring and analysis of new developments, products and processes in the "Summit" environment, as well as advice on the initiation and implementation of specialist and data processing projects in the "Summit" environment.

Listing and brief description of the eligibility criteria: 1.) Self-declaration on the net annual turnover in the scope of the contract in the last 3 financial years
2.) Self-declaration on insurance cover
In the event of the assignment, the economic operator shall obtain a maximum of two-fold maximum insurance cover at the latest 14 calendar days after the award of the contract, with a coverage of at least EUR 2, 500, 000 per claim for personal injury and property damage and EUR 100, 000 per claim for financial losses per calendar year and proof to KfW. The insurance is held for the entire period of the contract. If the trader already has adequate insurance cover, he will maintain it for the full duration of the contract.
