Tenders are invited for Subscription of a Health Insurance Policy by the Regional Council of Adamaoua. (Lot 1: Insurance Premiums for Members of Legislative Bodies; Lot 2: Insurance Premiums for the Chief Executive, Deputies and Staff). (In Emergency Procedure)

The consistency of the services relates to the reimbursement and/or coverage, by the Third-Party Payer system, of the medical expenses defined below:
1) Consultations and medical visits;
2) Hospitalization;
3) Medical care;
4) Medical auxiliaries;
5) Maternity (pre and post natal visits, medical examinations, hospitalization, childbirth, pharmaceutical products, etc.);
6) Medical biological analyses;
7) Ultrasounds, radiology, medical imaging;
8) Electrodiagnostics (Scanners, MRI, etc.);
9) Specialty acts (surgery, etc.);
10) Dialyses;
11) Prostheses;
12) Triple therapy;
13) Rehabilitation, physiotherapy and physiotherapy;
14) pharmaceutical costs (including vitamins and fortifiers prescribed as part of therapy);
15) Eyewear;
16) Dental care, including prosthetics and orthopaedics;
17) Patient transport;

Each bidder must attach to his administrative documents, bid bonds in the amount of six hundred thousand (600, 000) CFA francs for lot 1 and four hundred thousand (400, 000) CFA francs for lot 2, issued by an establishment bank approved by the MINFI (Cf. exhibit no. 10 of this DC) and valid for one hundred and twenty (120) days from the date of submission of tenders.
It will be automatically released after publication of the award results for unsuccessful bidders. For the tenderer awarded the contract, this guarantee will be released after constitution of the final guarantee.
