The Tender Document can be obtained from the General Directorate of the Palais des Congrès, Office of the Budget and Public Procurement upon publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of FCFA of 75, 000 (sixty -fifteen thousand) representing the costs of purchasing the file in account No. 335 988 60001 entitled “Special Allocation Account (CAS-ARMP) opened in BICEC agencies: Agence Centrale Yaoundé; Limbe; Dschang; Garoua; Douala -Bonandjo; Ebolawa; Bamenda; Maroua; Buea; Bafoussam; Ngaoundere; Bertoua.
