An extraction system for the extraction of glycans from biological residues is to be procured.

To obtain glycans from biomass, an extraction system is required that uses waterr can be heated under equilibrium pressure to 120 C to at least 190 C. This system should be able to be operated both in the semi-continuous flow process (operating mode 1) and in the percolation process (operating mode 2). This requires several containers and a suitable heating systemso that the extraction medium only comes into contact with the extraction material after the target temperature has been reached. In particular, a possibility for recovering heating energy must be planned.
