The aim of the study is to derive a framework scenario for the future use and integration of new modular medical facilities (MSE) of the Bundeswehr in the context of Multi Domain Operations (MDO). The focus is on determining requirements, Risks, technological dependencies and organizational framework conditions for the use and further development of the MSE until 2040. The study creates the conceptual basis for a new usage concept and is intended to provide recommendations for action Deliver capability development, armament and integration of digital technologies (telemedicine, UxS, 3D printing, AI-assisted diagnostics).
