The AOK Bayern - The Health Fund (hereinafter "AOK Bayern" or "Seller") is the owner of the property in 91052 Erlangen, Schuhstraße 36, which has a 3-story (ground floor + 1st floor + expanded attic) office and administration building with two apartments is built up. It is expected to be used as an office and administrative building by AOK Bayern until autumn 2026. The handover to the buyer should take place by December 31, 2026 at the latest. AOK Bayern intends to use the property in 91052 Erlangen, Schuhstraße 36, to be sold to a third party. To sell the property, AOK Bayern is conducting a structured bidding process for the highest bid.
