The AOK Bayern - The Health Fund (hereinafter "AOK Bayern" or "Seller") is the owner of the property in 83607 Holzkirchen, Rudolf-Diesel-Ring 23, which has a 3-story (ground floor + 1 upper floor + expanded attic) office and administration building is that was used as an office building until the beginning of 2024. The office and administration building has been vacant since then. The building was originally designed by AOK Bayern as a data center. In 2018 the conversion to pure space took place Office use.
