Structural planning services, Bad Vilbel, new building of 20 apartments in modular construction The city of Bad Vilbel intends to build 20 new residential units. One of Magistrate approved preliminary planning from 2024 for the new building (property planning building LPH 1-2) is in the tender documents. This serves as the basis for further planning and should be used for implementation. The preliminary planning classifies the building as building class 4 a. The four-story building is intended as a modular building. It is explicitly none Steel container construction desired. The new building is to be built by a contractor in the form of a partially or prefabricated timber/timber hybrid construction, such as a timber frame construction, on a solid partial basement. The Half of the execution planning lies with the general manager.
