Tender Details

The subject of this tender is the planning services for structural planning. The municipality of Eppelborn intends to carry out renovation and conversion work on the Borrwieshalle in Dirmingen (see attachment for further details 1_VgVBorrwieshalle_Explanations-surcharge skiteria). There will be a gradual allocation. The service phases 1 (basic investigation), 2 (preliminary planning) and 3 (design planning) are initially awarded in performance level 1. Assigned optionally become -Performance level 2: Performance phase 4 (approval planning) -Service level 3: Service phases 5 (execution planning), 6 (preparation of the award). There is no entitlement to the award of further services at performance levels 2 and 3. Those in Appendix 1 described division into level 1 (basic level) and level 2 does not refer to the structural planning. Structural planning (§ 51 HOAI) The structural planning should be awarded in accordance with Section 51 HOAI. The award is based on performance levels. Be awarded initially in performance level 1 the performance phases 1 (basic determination), 2 (preliminary planning) and 3 (design planning). Can be assigned optionally -Performance level 2: Performance phase 4 (approval planning) -Performance level 3: Performance phases 5 (execution planning), 6 (Preparation of the award).
