Structural planning The large district town of Erding intends to build a new parking garage in which commercial space will be stored on the roof and additional space on the ground floor. The location on Lebzelterstrasse has a built-up area in the area of over 3, 000m² on 3 to 5 floors. The construction area is close to the Sempt.
