Structural planning Structural planning services for buildings in accordance with §51 HOAI for the new construction of an access building An existing school container system is to be used as an extension of the Lion-Feuchtwanger-Gymnasium in Freiligrathstr. 71, on the property (area no. 293/5 Milbertshofen district) will be rebuilt for school use. Property area: 2, 554.00 m² There is a positive preliminary decision for the construction project from December 2025. The construction project consists of the following measure: Access building, new building, Performance phases 1-6 The access structure consists of a reinforced concrete platform over car parking spaces (teacher parking space and cafe parking spaces), an elevator system for barrier-free access to all floors, a staircase and/or ramp and a shaft for the building connection. The elevator system was not part of the preliminary decision. The vehicle parking spaces must continue to be available after the measure. The area covered by the reinforced concrete platform is approx. 1, 183.5 m² (52.39m x 22.59m). The access structure is not an engineering structure. The structure serves as the foundation for an existing system (MRE) and is therefore an integral part of the entire building. It fulfills an essential function for the Development of the entire facility. Note: A 3-story MRE will be re-erected on the access structure. The MRE is currently in interim storage.
