Structural planning §51 HOAI LPH 1-6, LPH8 (special services) for general repairs and expansion to an all-day, 4-class elementary school in accordance with the standard room program of the elementary school at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2, 9th district, Munich Neuhausen-Nymphenburg. Initial situation: The primary school at Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 is a listed solid construction building from 1899/1900 and is also under ensemble protection. The building consists of a ground floor on the mezzanine floor, two Upper floors, a partially converted attic and a basement in the basement. The school is currently organized in 5 ½ classes and housed in a classic hallway-type floor plan. The school also has a sports hall Attic, a gymnastics room on the 1st floor, and the THV apartment. The break areas are located on the school's own property. The primary school's outdoor sports areas are located on parcel 546/2 on the opposite side of the street accessible via Dom-Pedro-Strasse. The existing school is to be planned into a four-class, all-day primary school based on the Munich learning house concept. The kitchen and cafeteria must be upgraded and expanded for this purpose. An extension building is needed for this purpose New construction required. In addition, the primary school has numerous structural defects: fire protection deficiencies in the suspended ceilings, maceration on the roof cladding, pollution, local moisture problems on the external walls, overheating of the single sports hall in the Attic, supporting structure in the gym on the 1st floor. In order to improve the room quality, a new ventilation system must be retrofitted in all classrooms. Furthermore, the ELT technical areas are currently inadequate.
