The awarding authority intends to renovate the school sports hall of the “Löwentor” mainstream school in Bleicherode with the help of the Free State of Thuringia-s “Sports Facility Construction” funding program. It is a hall building made of prefabricated reinforced concrete parts with a wall grid of 6.0 m; the usable area is approx. 36.0 m x 16.88 m; the room height is between approx. 5.50 m and 6.15 m; the building was built in the early 80s of the last century. The purpose of the measure is to ensure sports training students and the promotion of club sports. a) The subject of this award is the structural planning services. The other specialist planning and property planning (building and interior planning) are assigned separately at the same time. Multiple applications relating to the various property and specialist planning are permitted. b) The basic services of service phases 1 to 6 of the structural planning are carried out in stages in accordance with the draft contract (Part C of the tender documents). be awarded. The following special structural planning services are also awarded: - Engineering control of the execution of the structure for compliance with the checked static documents (time fee - service phase 8 / Performance level 3) - Participation in the monitoring of the execution of structural interventions during renovations and modernizations (time fee - performance phase 8 / performance level 3).
