Tender Details

The structural planning should be awarded in accordance with Section 51 HOAI. The award is based on performance levels. The service phases 1 (basic investigation), 2 (preliminary planning) and 3 (design planning) are initially awarded in performance level 1. Can be assigned optionally - Service level 2: Service phase 4 (approval planning) - Service level 3: Service phases 5 (execution planning), 6 (preparation of the award). There is no entitlement to the award of further services at performance levels 2 and 3. The creditable ones The costs for the structural planning can be found on the fee form (€538, 960.00 (net)).
