Structural development of the RMBK Kempen - technical equipment Specialist planning: “Technical equipment” service profile Planning service LP 1 to LP 9, according to HOAI Specialist planning for technical equipment (service phases 1 - 9 in accordance with HOAI § 53 ff, in conjunction with Appendix 15), of system groups 1 to 6 and 8. The required services are based on the HOAI service profile. The client intends to commission the work in stages and, if necessary, in construction phases. The authorization was granted by resolution of the district council granted to initially plan the project up to service phase 3 of the HOAI. The services are ordered and accessed as follows: Level 1: Performance phases 1 to 3 Level 2: Performance phases 4 to 6 Level 3: Performance phases 7 to 9 The commissioning of the Planning services at levels 2 and 3 depend on the political decision for further planning of the project.
