3. The intention to bid form can be collected from the Mercy Corps office in Goma located at 095, Avenue Bougainvillier, Q. Les Volcans, Commune of Goma, Democratic Republic of Congo.
Completed Intent to Bid Forms must be
submitted to Mercy Corps no later than January 15, 2024 at 4:30 p.m.
