Tenders are invited for Strengthen LacapacitA(c) Management of Public Investment and Public Servants Performance Evaluation Process LesministARes Targeted to Improve Service Delivery Outcomes.
The Project includes two (2) components:
Component 1: Support to programs to improve service delivery; it permettrade finance sub programs selected (Programmesde authorized expenses) to support key programs duGouvernement and PDES. The funding for this component will be based on lesrA(c)sultats and based on the achievement of agreed LTD. In other words, leprojet help achieve a program of activities identified in the framework of certain spending programs allowed to disrupt the capacity issue and systems targeted ministries.
A. Component 2: Technical Assistance for Development descapacitA(c)s: This component will complement the first component by lefinancement of some inputs for which resources nesont not readily available in the national budget or for which the Government requested more support for supervision. It will fund systems and computer equipment and Technicalassistance.
