the technical advisor will support institutional capacity building of fcdc and to help achieve the objectives the “strengthening the livestock sector in arid and semi-arid lands counties of kenya“ programme. He/she will provide technical support (in livestock production, institutional development, governance etc), coaching and advice to fcdc secretariat, fcdc sector forumfor agriculture and livestock, the pastoralist parliamentary group and wajir county government department of agriculture, livestock and fisheries, so as they have the capacities to improve pastoralists' access to knowledge and livestock production and enhance policy frameworks for livestock production through advocacy and policy implementation.
