The Freising State Building Authority is planning to build a special sports facility in Freising for the Federal Police on the property. The building with 2 full floors has dimensions of approx. 59/25 m in floor plan, gross floor area approx. 2806 m2, BRI approx. 11423 m3. The Building plot is located in Freising on Clemensänger-Ring 18, in the first row. The construction site must be approached and exited via public roads. The building will be a reinforced concrete structure with masonry exterior walls on the upper floor. Screed work This craft includes screed work, in detail: -approx. 1070 m2 cement screed as a quick screed on insulation -approx. 1320 m2 cement screed as a quick screed on a separating layer -2 clean-off mats with frames. This work includes screeds on a separating layer on the ground floor (approx. 370 m²) and floating screeds (approx. 1070 m²), as well as the execution of screed edge angles.
