Tender Details
The new KITA Grafenrheinfeld building joins the Altmain sports hall, the cultural hall and the elementary school in the line of public buildings in Grafenrheinfeld and closes it off from the street "Am Wehrbusch". The building is compact, two-story and rectangular in planwhich is completed with seven gable roofs arranged in a row. The building will have an inner courtyard to provide light for the foyer and other rooms, as well as an incision in the gable roof so that parts of the building services can be installed on the flat roof. The facade plays with a change of greatGenerously glazed areas and clinkered wall surfaces. The project is planned as a KfW 40 building.
The clinker brick facade covers the entire building. Clinker brickwork 11.5 cm as double-shell masonry with hand gap and 20cm of thermal insulation. Clinker nominal size 240 * 115 * 71 mm.
Screed work
Lowerright layer of thermal insulation, thicknesses of 25-70mm, in total 3, 345 m2
Top layer of impact sound insulation, in thicknesses of 20-30mm, in total 205 m2 (otherwise part of the underfloor heating)
