Storage system Storage system 3.1 Purpose of the tender and initial situation The aim of the tender is to equip the client's existing IT infrastructure with a new storage system. It must be a Hitachi purchased in 2020 Virtual storage platform G700 will be replaced, on which all block and file-based data of the GeoSN (databases, data stores of the ESX servers for all virtual servers as well as unstructured data from employees and applications) are currently stored. The Replacement device must correspond to the current state of the art and allow application-specific optimized storage configurations to the same or greater extent, which at least meet the storage space optimization techniques already available in 2020 continue to the same extent.
