Storage S04_Donauried Storage S04_Donauried The client intends to build a turnkey industrial battery energy storage system (BESS) with the following target parameters: • Rated power (charge/discharge): 10 MW • Usable capacity: 20 MWh (alternatively 40 MWh - 4h system) • Round-trip efficiency (RTE): ≥ 90% (better 95%) • Battery technology: Lithium-ion (LFP preferred) - alternatively proportional sodium • Lifespan: ≥ 15 years / ≥ 10, 950 cycles at 2 cycles/day • SOH requirement: ≥ 65% after 15 years • Area of application: Multimarket (balancing energy, intraday, peak shaving, FCR/aFRR, arbitrage etc.), instantaneous reserve • Grid connection: 20kV medium voltage at the following location (see map): GPS: 48.44615583008373, 10.10022126790465, parcel 773, Oberelchingen district.
