The Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), AöR - hereinafter referred to as the client (AG) - intends with this tender to provide planning services for the new construction of the track loop, the basic repair (GI) of the track systems and barrier-free expansion (BA). and repair of three directional stops. The scope of the tender consists of the renewal of the existing tracks on Hirtestrasse as well as the junctions (KP) Mahlsdorfer Strasse/Stellingdamm and Mahlsdorfer Street/Hirtestraße. In addition, the existing parking facility for the track loop in Stellingdamm and in Hirtestrasse must be relocated parallel to the railway (DB AG) to the site of the former Köpenick freight station and in accordance with the guidelines developed by the Senate administrations Plan a preferred option.
